At Compuden Computers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technology purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most hardware and accessories. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included components and proof of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and software are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
